Monday Mingle: Pits, Crashes, and Snot

I know you were all waiting for it!!

It’s Monday Mingle time YAY! Courtesy of Speedy Jen at EightyMPHMom.com

Each week peeps from around the blogosphere are invited to answer 3 short questions in vlog fashion. It’s a kick in the pants to meet new bloggers, (and sometimes their significant others,) during this one of a kind meme.

So what are you waiting for?!? Break out your camera and get vlogging!

This weeks questions courtesy of Colette at Jamerican Spice.

  1. Would you accept an invitation to do a survivor show? What would you hate most about being on the show?
  2. When/how did you learn to ride a bicycle?
  3. What do you want to have accomplished (personally) in your lifetime?

Yes I know I look angry or something.. darn Vimeo. 😉

  1. I LOVE your beginning to your video!

I wouldn’t be able to do no showers or shaving armpits either LOL I NEED to be clean. I would never do Survivor either. Don’t Forget The Lyrics is too funny, I know the lyrics to so many random songs too. The Amazing Race and I wouldn’t get along too well either.

Sisters are great aren’t they?! I can see you barreling down the driveway on your bike now lol.

Living a life with no regrets is a great decision for accomplishments.

I love how fast the 3 questions goes and you can get through so many more mingles that way too. You poor thing you sound run off your feet with all those sickies in the house! Kidney stones are AWFUL, the men in my family have them pretty frequently, tell him to get more water in his pipes!

Take care of yourself this week and remember to stop and breath!

  5. I love the “heck to the no!” that is funny. I would never apply either. I love the CMT version of Don’t Forget the Lyrics – I would do that and crash and burn, but I would have fun!

We have a 1/4 mile long driveway now in the country…and I love it! Oh no – your poor mom! how funny! Great story!

Awesome goal – no regrets! That is so inspirational!

  6. Ok, a kidney stone is not minor! Just ask your husband and I am sure he will tell you the same. hahaha!

I certainly hope you have a better week this week and feel better soon.

Ummm, thinking about it, I don’t think I have ever seen hairy underpits on Survivor. I wonder why…

Thanks for the welcome to the Monday Mingle. I added your button on my blog and I am following you now.

  7. See I can get past the pits and stuff….just do a whore bath…spit and wash! ROFL

  8. Mrs. Cox says:

Showers, shaving … yes you get used to those sorts of things and definitely learn to appreciate them once you’re a mother, eh??

    FUN bike story 😀

I think that’s a great goal… for sure. I’m big on no regrets.

Sick family, oy. Hope everyone gets over it soon enough and feeling 100%! Hope you have a great week! Happy mingling …

  9. I agree on the pits. I so would have to shave them.

Oh the riding the bike stories. These are so funny. Your poor mom. ha! 😀

  11. Good point about having had to ‘apply to be on it’. LOL.

Love that your sister helped you… but that’s awful that they forgot to tell you how to stop. Too funny.

Yes, living a life with no regrets really is what it’s all about, isn’t it? I like that… a living legacy… that is awesome.

  12. Jeez.. I hope you have a better week girl!!

  13. Look at you all fancy schmancy with your editing!!! I’m all head-bopping here!

You kill me…your bike story had me in tears…and your poor mom. I imagine you were quite a handful!

ARMPITS??? I didn’t think of that – good point! And legs…they would definitely have to agree to provide razors. But even then my answer is still no.

I like your goals…simple, yet so meaningful. Family is where it’s at.

I hope this week will be MUCH better for you.

Thanks for mingling – I always can’t wait to watch yours for a good laugh!

  14. Badger Momma says:

Yeah, screw the lack of grooming. I need me some soap! No Survivor for me either.

Wow – you’re another person that can actually remember learning to ride a bike. I have no memory of that event whatsoever.

That’s a great goal for a lifetime accomplishment. I’m a tad late for that but I started working on that about 11 years ago when I married my hubby. 🙂

Ick for the crud. And OW for the kidney stone. You know, I wondered why you began your vlog with “I’m glad it’s Monday…”. Now I can see why. 🙂 Hope you all feel better soon!

  15. Okay – I’ve never watched a whole Survivor, and the more of these mingles I listen to the more I’m sure I’m not gonna watch it! Whew – good thing TV can’t convey smell.

Glad you and hubby are doing better and Yay for almost being done with the cast!

  16. I guess survivor is so cave man go back to those days. I have no idea why I ask about that show when I’ve never watched it. However a couple who was on it came to our church and we had an interesting discussion with them, maybe why it was in my head.

Ooh I totally would do amazing race! It would spice up our relationship I think, just doing something fun, challenging etc together.

Oh I’m totally late, but I come around 🙂 Just so much going on!

That is so funny how you learned to ride your bike! It’s amazing how the mind of a mother flip from choice to choice in danger or a bit o’crisis 🙂

I’m glad you are feeling better now and also the rest of your family! That’s a whole lot of sick happening!
I’ve heard how painful the kidney stones are!!

dood was that savage garden at the end? How do you do these video editing? Love it!

Good to see you again! Have a fabulous weekend!
