M.O.M. (ENDED)

My hubs is the car maintenance man. He stays on top of our vehicles needs for service and who am kidding, cleaning too.

However, when I visited the Shell Lubricants Motor Oil Matters page I figured out that I actually know more than I thought! I played the M.O.M. knows best game and actually got 80% which floored me. Granted I did guess on a couple but still! Does this mean that I’m going to don my overalls and head out to change the oil, no; but I would if I had to. Ok, fine. I would don the overalls and then head to Jiffy Lube and let the pro’s do it. :)

I have to say that I really enjoyed checking out their Matter of Facts page. I learned all kinds of interesting things, I always wondered what constituted as “severe driving”. The answer: “Severe use typically includes stop-and-go driving, frequent high-speed driving and short trips.” Umm, yeah I think that’s me.. Oops. :D

So, for all you other mom’s out there, when your husband come home I want you to be able to say “I changed the oil today.” And if you’re a guy, you can tell your special lady that you took care of her by getting the oil changed in her car.
