Living in the Pacific Northwest, we take our summer VERY seriously. Mainly because it doesn’t stick around very long.
After just 3 short months, (if we are lucky), our shorts and tank tops are packed away and out come the sweaters, gloves and hats. Now don’t get me wrong the switch isn’t super fast but it does seem like it. It’s sad to know that all the gorgeous, bright clothes will be hidden and replaced with browns, blacks, dark blues etc. Sure we can add something colorful like a scarf to our fall ensemble but that doesn’t really drive the fall blues away.
Fresh Produce Clothing puts the fresh colors back in your wardrobe!
Created in sunny and warm Long Beach, CA the founders of Fresh Produce Clothing, Mary Ellen and Thom Vernon based the company on bringing the emotions, the colors, the sensations, the leisure of beach life to everyday life through fashion. And they have done just that.
Now the brilliant colors that seem to monopolize summer can be in your fall fashion as well.
Fresh Produce sent me this adorable outfit, (focus on the outfit people, not the soon to be ex-chubby girl wearing it. 😉 )
I absolutely love this outfit and can totally see some cute leggings under the skirt and adding some super adorable boots and you’ve got an outfit you can wear even in the rainy and cold weather of the Pacific NW.
The top is the Bombay Blooms 3/4 Sleeve shirt which is currently on sale! It’s extremely comfortable and I can see pairing it with a pair of dark jeans for a more casual look.
The Basic Tiered Jersey Skirt comes in 8 colors, the one I’m wearing is called Pink Sapphire. It’s made from 100% cotton and totally comfortable and stretchy in the waist which for me is great since I have started down the road of getting in shape.
The Hubs thought the outfit looked good on me, of course he is biased and always wants me to wear more skirts, but still.
Fresh Produce Clothing is available in sizes small to 3x and they don’t just have women’s fashions. They also have a select number of kids ensembles as well.
I’m excited that Fresh Produce is allowing me to giveaway a Tiered Jersey Skirt which is a $39 value! It’s the perfect addition to your wardrobe!
