Milestones that is.
This week I was determined to get to the weight I was before I had my daughter. If I could do that I would also break into a different set of 10’s on the scale.
DOWN 2.6 LBS!
I broke into the 180’s this week and I am officially the weight I was when I got pregnant with my soon to be 4 year old. That means it has been over 4 years since I have seen that number on the scale and when I saw it, I did a little fist pump and happy dance. Yep, right there in the bathroom and my hubs heard my squeals of delight and asked me what the heck I was doing in there… LOL
I started my 8th week of the Couch to 5K training plan. That means that I’m almost done with the training and have decided that I am going to move right into the Bridge to 10K.
On Tuesday I will be starting the 5 day fast forward from Cinch. I had to wait until then because I needed to get 1 more ingredient on the shopping list before I could start. I’ve got my alarm set for a little bit earlier in the morning so that I can get up and make myself breakfast instead of relying on my Slim Fast. 🙂
I’m going to up my workouts a bit this week. I’ll be doing the C25K Mon, Weds, and Fri. On Tuesday I plan on doing just a quick workout because I have a meeting (luckily they don’t mind me showing up sweaty.) My goal for Tuesday is to better my 1 mile time of 12:30. After the last 2 weeks of C25K I’m pretty confident I can do it. On Thursday I’ll be running outside, rain/shine. I’ve got to get my body used to that and I only have 27 days until my 5k!! YIKES!
