One down!

If you read my Mamavation Monday you know that my goal today was to run a mile faster than 12:30 minutes. I’m actually happy to say that I consistently run a 12:30 minute mile which when I started I couldn’t even run a mile straight!

So, did I accomplish my goal??


You bet my flabby bum I did!!

I challenge you to make a fitness goal.. just for the week and attain it!
