Do you typically buy items at the store with Box Tops for your child’s school?
When my son was in kindergarten we began saving them. His school had a neat program that turned it into a raffle. Kids would put their names on the back of their box tops and at the end of the month the PTA would draw one from the collection box and that student would win a prize.
I really had to keep my eye on him because he would go through all the groceries when we got home from shopping and start to remove them. This may not seem like a big deal, but since he was 5, it usually entailed him completely tearing apart the box.
Now that we have 2 kids in school we try to divide them evenly.
Most of our box tops come from cereal. That’s something that we ALWAYS have in our house. Well, if you have visited Walmart since the beginning of July, you may have noticed that more than 100 of your favorite products have 4 Box Tops including Cheerios, Hamburger Helper, Nature Valley and Totinos.
And did you know that if you ‘Like’ Walmart on Facebook, you can even earn more box tops? You can claim bonus eBoxTops and apply them to your child’s school. There are tons of ways you can earn more for you school, visit EarnMoreForMySchool.com to find out more.
So, ready to get a head start on the 2012-2013 school year?
We are giving away a $25 Gift Card to Walmart, that should buy you several boxes of cereal. 🙂
