Join the LISTERINE® 21 Day Challenge!

I try to take care of my teeth as best I can. I mean, my parents paid good money to get them to look like they do, so it’s really the least I could do.

My kids on the other hand.. Oi!

While I do try to make sure they brush twice a day, I hate to admit that that doesn’t always happen. Flossing, eh, maybe once a week unless they think something is stuck in the teeth.

I’m definitely not proud of this by any means. It’s something that I recently told my kids we really needed to work on.

What was the turning point? Well, my son’s teeth were starting to look dull and yellow. He’s only 9 and has most of his adult teeth. The real kicker is that his teeth are STRAIGHT! With a great smile already I don’t want it to be marred by yellow teeth.

This is why I was very excited when The Motherhood asked me to write a sponsored post about the LISTERINE® 21-Day Challenge. Not only was a willing to write this post, but the kids and I wanted to participate!

The gist of the challenge is just that you swish with Listerine twice a day for 21 days. And the great thing is that you AND your family can get involved since LISTERINE® makes such great kids mouth wash as well, which is also a great way to get the kids excited about it, have them pick their flavor! This is what my kids and I did on a trip to Target.

I also picked myself up some mouthwash, toothpaste, and floss for us all. WE ARE READY!

Do you need more of an incentive to participate? How about this…

That’s right, LISTERINE® is also having a contest on their Facebook page, post a “Swish Selfie” and you have a chance to win $500! Not only that, but for every person who posts a “Swish Selfie” LISTERINE® Brand will make a $5.00 contribution to Oral Health American’s Smiles Across America Program, up to $85,000!

So, what are you waiting for? “Swish’ing” you better, healthier, teeth and gums!

Disclosure: I received a Target gift card to purchase LISTERINE® Brand products from Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Products Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc. and The Motherhood as part of my participation in the LISTERINE® 21-Day Challenge. All thoughts and opinion expressed in this post are my own.

  1. I am wondering how did the challenge go? Are you and your kids still using Listerine?
