We Survived the LISTERINE® 21 Day Challenge!

We’ve done it!

So, when we first started our sponsored LISTERINE® 21 Day Challenge I was excited to see how eager the kids were to jump on board. But in the back of my head I was worried that after the first week I would begin to push back from the kiddos not wanting to continue.

I’m happy to say that this didn’t happen at all!

The kids have adapted to this change in their teeth hygiene very week. It has become completely second nature to them. To the point that last week, as we were getting ready for bedtime, I was exhausted and quite frankly brushing teeth was farthest from my mind. But not for the kids. We headed upstairs and the kids both went into their bathroom, I was a little irritated because I had told them to go to bed and when I reminded them of that I heard, “Mom, we have to floss, brush, and swish first.” Needless to say, I turned my attitude around quick and told them they are awesome.

I’m really kicking myself for not instating this routine earlier. Letting the kids pick out their own mouthwash and floss really kept them looking forward to it every night.

So, moms, if you are tired of fighting your kids to brush their teeth and floss and if they could use some mouthwash – then I highly suggest taking on the LISTERINE® 21 Day Challenge in your house!

And don’t forget LISTERINE® is still having the “Swish Selfie” contest on their Facebook page giving you a chance to win $500! Not only that, but for every person who posts a “Swish Selfie” LISTERINE® Brand will make a $5.00 contribution to Oral Health American’s Smiles Across America Program, up to $85,000!

Disclosure: I received a Target gift card to purchase LISTERINE® Brand products from Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Products Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc. and The Motherhood as part of my participation in the LISTERINE® 21-Day Challenge. All thoughts and opinion expressed in this post are my own.
