My girl is a girly girl.

She loves all things frilly and pretty. Her big brown eyes look up at me and I just can’t help but want to put in clothing that falls along those lines.

So when it was mentioned that I check out a site that offers kids boutique clothing I was all too happy. I have to say that TreZ’Unique offers some really cute items for baby’s, toddlers, and girls.

trezunique pettiskirtAfter browsing through the designer kids clothing I absolutely fell in love with the pettiskirts. We’ve all seen the tu-tu’s made out of tulle that other sites sale. The pettiskirts are close to them but so much better quality!

I think I secretly want one too!

I can just see taking the girl to have her photo’s taken in the Baby Pink Rainbow pettiskirt in the photo.

Where you might normally tend to spend more on boutique clothing, this site does a great job in keeping the prices very reasonable for such high quality clothing that will outlast the cheap stuff and can be handed down for generations.

I just can’t help but smile when I look at that pettiskirt!

Jockey’ing Around #Giveaway #JockeySport

I am super excited to once again be a sponsored blogger for Jockey.
This time around I had the opportunity to check out their newly released Sport Collection which really couldn’t have come at a better time, since I’m exercising more now than I ever have before. Well, at least in my adulthood.

There are a couple things that I didn’t mention in the video, mainly because I thought you had heard me say “Let me tell you why” enough times for 5 minutes. :)

So first off, the Perfomance Workout Crop has a built in panty so there is no need to worry about panty lines when you wear them. And there would definitely be some because they fit so snuggly.

Also, the first time I wore this collection to the gym I went with the Modern Active full length pant and my Active Tee w/pockets. I probably won’t pair the pants and the shirt together again, or at least not until I lose, what I lovingly refer to as, my pooch. Because they are both made out of similar material the shirt tends to start riding up as you move. Even though my shirt came down over my stomach, as I walked or ran it crept up with each step and I found that I was spending a lot of time tugging it back down. It did help keep my mind off the pain of running, but it also slowed me down because I was using my arms for something other than pumping.

Really though, that’s a very small criticism, it’s totally going to depend on your body type and it doesn’t deter me from wearing the pieces separately. But fair warning, if you are my doppelgänger you’re gonna have this problem too.

EZ On, EZ Off, EZ Sox!

From the time she was born my daughter has been extremely independent.

This is great and all, except for the fact that her motor skills couldn’t always keep up with what she thought she should be able to do. For instance, she learned how to get dressed early on but putting on her socks was always a bit of a struggle. They were usually inside out and upside down. True story.

I will say she has gotten much better with socks, but if your son/daughter has some of the same characteristics, I present you with a great (and cute) alternative to regular socks.

Ez Sox make the tricky business of putting on socks much easier for your little ones. They feature handy loops on each side, much like you would find on rubber boots. They also have a gamut of cute designs which let your kids “see” they are putting the socks on the right way. As long as the design is facing up, they are good to go!

My daughter was sent the design of socks shown above. She absolutely loves them. She knows that she has put her socks on right when the bunny’s face is looking at her. She also loves the “handles”. :)

Ez Sox retail for a $4.99/pair and they also come in solid colors for older kids. Kind of pricey when compared to regular old white socks but if you’re like me you love having your kids wear super cute clothes! Because we all know that it won’t be very long before they start picking their own clothes. :)
