It’s a Date! – Datevitation

Are you ready for a shocking announcement?

You should probably sit down for this.

My husband and I don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day.

I know. Totally unreal, but we don’t. It’s not that I don’t love the idea behind Valentine’s Day. It just comes down to the idea that we didn’t want to proclaim or express our love just one day a year. Essentially, we want EVERYDAY to be Valentine’s Day.

In all honesty though, we always get each other a card, but it’s not a big gift giving occasion.

However, this year I will be giving my hubs a gift.
I’ve found a gift that falls right in line with our thought process. Although, he will receive the gift on Valentine’s Day, it will be a gift that keeps on giving the whole year.

Great Gift for the Adults on your list!

Although I’m not doing an official Holiday Gift Guide this year, I really wanted to showcase some great products that come through my mailbox that I think would make great holiday gifts this season.

This particular gift is something that I also showcased last year and would be a perfect gift for the adults on your list.

Now get your mind out of the gutter, it’s not that type of adult product.

california wine club holiday giftThis is a membership to the California Wine Club.

Be honest. Many of us partake in spirits during the holiday season anyway, the great thing about CWC is the fact that it’s a gift that, if you choose, can keep on giving. There are 4 different clubs to choose from including Premier, Signature Series, International Selections and Aged Cabernet Series. You can read more about each of these selections at www.cawineclub.com. Remember what I talked about, how it can be the gift that keeps on giving if you choose for it to be? Well, that comes along with the fact that you can gift a month, 2 months, 3 months, all the way up to 12 months of membership!

Fun Stocking Stuffers! #giveaway

Hey folks!

I know that Halloween has just barely passed and that we are slowly gearing up for Thanksgiving, but here’s the thing. I start thinking about Christmas seriously as soon as Halloween is over. Partially because I am one of those people who braves Black Friday shopping and mainly because I like to be done with my holiday shopping as soon as possible. No really, I’m not kidding. One year I actually had all my shopping done before the end of October. Granted, my kids were much younger and getting the coolest new toys wasn’t a huge issue, but still.

So, I’m in the mindset of Christmas and I’m going to share some of my finds with you!

First up is a great stocking stuffer made in Portland, Oregon! That’s right, I couldn’t resist the opportunity to share with you a product that is made close to me.

radz candy dispenser
Radz are collectable toy candy dispensers. They each come with a package of great-tasting, gluten-free Radz candy which is made specially just for Radz and a backpack buddy clip, because, what better place to keep your candy than on your backpack?! That’s not all though. These super cute characters also grant you free access to RadzWorld.com,the online world where fans can play fun games, watch videos starring their favorite Radz characters, and submit their own fan art.

That is what I think makes these candy dispensers so unique. Long after the candy is gone, kids can still enjoy their character in Radz World. The cute characters below are Twig and Bubbs, from the Limited Edition Everyday series 1 collection, they will be adorning my kids’ stocking this Christmas. I can’t wait to see their faces when they see these cute little guys on Christmas morning.
