POSTING

The personal posts on this blog are just that. They come from experiences in my life and feelings/thoughts that I was having at the time the post was written. I never intend to insult or offend anyone; however I cannot control the emotions that my writing evokes. I write from my heart and often times there isn’t a whole lot of thinking with my brain that goes on before the post is written and published.

At times the posts on this site are republished with my permission at Blissfully Domestic.

REVIEWS

The majority of my reviews are based on companies sending me their product and asking for my HONEST opinion. Again, these are just my opinions. Although, I hope my readers value it, I also expect them to make the decision for themselves whether the product would work for them.

I, or my children, keep these products for our enjoyment after the review is written. In exchange for doing a review I offer 1 month of free advertising on my blog. I will always post a disclaimer on posts when products or services were received free of cost.

GIVEAWAYS

Many of the companies that ask me to do reviews also offer to sponsor giveaways. In addition to my honest opinion of their product, I also grant these sponsors 3 months of free advertising on this blog.

All giveaways will list the type of entries required/accepted and the end date and time. If an entrant does not meet the requirements or I am unable to verify they have met them, their entry will not be valid.

Winners will be determined using the Comment Contest plugin for WordPress (unless otherwise noted,) which randomly selects a comment entry in a selected post. It is at this time that I will verify if a post is valid. If it is not a new winner(s) will be selected.
I will always post a screenshot of the winner generator (as of 6/1/10, I will no longer be doing this. Please trust that I am ethical and will not compromise the giveaway or sponsorship) and a picture of the winning post.

Unless otherwise noted on the giveaway post, here are the rules that all giveaways fall under:

Required entry MUST be completed before additional entries will count.
1 entry per method per household.
Giveaways close at midnight PST on the ending date.

The winner will be announced in a new post (*new* 1/19/10) and emailed. Once the email is sent the winner has 48hours to respond or a new winner will be selected.
